Iva’s Blueprint Studio is a Houston based company, specializing in architectural designing, Interior Design, and project management in both new construction and renovations. Its founder, Iva Carasco-Samples, started the company after working full time with various firms. After having played a key role in some of the biggest projects in Houston, Carasco-Samples decided to venture and open a company that portrays more than sticks and stones. “The best-designed buildings are not only functional, but also enduring in an intangible way that provides a unique sense of place.” We are always interested in new ideas, new ways of providing solutions, and, in the process, creating Homes and Business that are timeless in their appeal.
